Parking Passes
Reduced price monthly and weekly passes for the South Parking Lot can be purchased at the Switchboard / Inquiry office and must be used to both enter and exit. These passes will only allow entry and exit to one vehicle at any time.
No refunds will be issued for Lost or damaged pass cards.
Motorcycles and Bicycles
Motorcycles / motor scooters can be parked in the designated area, or within a regular parking stall. Hourly / daily rates apply.
Bicycles do not require a pass but must be parked at the bike racks provided.
Liability
Charges are for use of parking space only.
No responsibility is assumed for injury to persons using the lots or for loss or damage to vehicle or contents.
Safety
While Grace Hospital has taken steps to protect staff and visitors, we encourage you to be aware of your surroundings at all times and in particular while in the parking lots.
If you would like to have a member of our Security staff escort you to, or from your vehicle, or to report any suspicious behavior, please call 204-837-0366.
There are two “IN CASE OF EMERGENCY” contact stations located in the South Parking Lot for quick communications with Security, or operator. The “Assistance” buttons at each parking lot entrance can also be used.

Summary of Parking Infractions
The following will result in towing and/or ticketing of an offending vehicle:
- Parking without a valid pass.
- Parking in roadways, entrance ways, or any areas bearing “No Parking” signs, or “Fire Lane”.
- Vehicles parking in more than one space.
- Parking with a stolen, altered, or illegally obtained pass.
- Parking without required decal in “Handicapped Parking” stalls.
- Unauthorized parking in a 24 hr. reserved stall.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Areas
Patients and visitors may be picked up and dropped off at the hospital’s main entrance, Admitting entrance and Emergency entrance, Dorothy Wood Building entrance. The vehicle must remain occupied; otherwise, parking at a meter is required.
Unattended vehicles will be ticketed.
Spaces for Persons with Disabilities
Available in the parking lot near the gate entrances, and at designated metered parking spaces. Hourly/daily rates apply.
We kindly remind visitors and patients that the disabled parking permit must be visibly displayed on the rear view mirror.
Spaces for New or Expectant Mothers / Families with Small Children
Available in the South parking lot near the Centre entrance Gate across from the Access Centre. Hourly / daily rates apply.
Metered Parking
Available at the hospital’s Main entrance and Emergency entrance, Hospice, & metered parking area across from Bruce Middle School. Most meters have a one hour to maximum 4-hour time limit. Meters accept quarters, $1, and $2 coins, and are in effect 24 hours a day.
Meter rates are $2.50 per hour, with exception of $1.50/ half hour by the Emergency Department.
Street Parking
Limited street parking is available on nearby streets. Please check the time limits carefully on city posted signs.

Tickets
Tickets are paid at the end of your stay at pay stations. Pay stations located by Emergency Dept. entrance, Main Entrance, and within Access Winnipeg West building. Change is only available at the cashier / Inquiry desk located across from Admitting Dept. in Main Hospital. Please remember to take your ticket with you.
Per Hour (or any part thereof) – $2.50
Daily Maximum (24 Hour period) – $9.00
Lost Ticket – $10.00
Lost Parking tickets can be purchased at the pay stations.
Passes
Parking passes are non-refundable. Passes are available for purchase 24/7, from the Cashier / Inquiry office located across from Admitting Department.
7 visit pass (7 in/out) – $40.00
28 visit pass (28 in/out) – $60.00
